We use only the very best ingredients available. Our brewing practices are inspired by the German purity law of 1516, which means that our beers are preservative free and cold stored for at least 4 weeks. But there’s more to it than that – we are passionate about beer. So much so that we changed our lives to follow our hearts, and every beer we produce embodies that passion and commitment. It’s the extra ingredient that makes all the difference. Who’d have thought it, money really can buy you love.

A taste you'll fall in love with....

Cotswold Premium 5.0% ABV
You'll never forget your first love and we'll never forget our first brew.
Cotswold Premium first touched our lips back in 2005 and it's by far our biggest seller. If you think lager doesn't taste of much then it's time you pressed your lips up against a pint of Premium. She's a full flavoured seductress who will soon have you head-over-heals with her crisp, dry taste and flirtatious bitter kick. It's love at first sip

Cotswold Three Point Eight 3.8% ABV
The pretty younger sister of our Cotswold Premium. Some would call her a session lager but she's more than that. With her refreshing Continental style and her delicate flavours, she's a thoroughly modern girl with a style of her own. Bubbly and vivacious, Cotswold 3.8 isn't too complicated - just great fun to be with

Cotswold Spring 4.0% ABV
Cotswold Spring has sprung heralding a return to lighter nights and big smiles all round. With its mellow sweetness and refreshing loveliness Cotswold Spring Lager is a smile in a glass. As the spring flowers push their way through the soil with a big colourful 'Hello' it's almost like they are celebrating the return of Cotswold Spring Lager to our bars - It's all rather splendid!

Cotswold Dark 5.3% ABV This one is a dark little number who can really pack a punch. She's bursting with flavour and lashings of taste, yet retains a smooth finish that will warm even the most frozen of your cockles. She is normally only available during the winter but has proved to be a popular little number so we have kept her on for the summer.

Cotswold Wheat 4.2% ABV
Modelled on the famous Weisse Beer made by our German cousins this Frau can be a little fruity. She's blonde (of course) because, as is traditional with Weisse Beer, she's unfiltered and her fruity flavour comes from a special mix of malted wheat, barley and hops - a recipe that we keep very close to our chests. Ideally suited to sunny days you'll find her refreshing, flavoursome and full bodied - listen out for outbreaks of yodelling across the Cotswolds this summer.
